Description: We are at the First Lake dam in the Green River woods in 1939. We can see on the hill the watchman's cabin. He lived in this cabin year-round. It is here that the water level of the reservoir of the Second Falls Electric Power Station was regulated. The Green River Lumber Ltd was the owner of this dam until 1938 when Fraser bought it.
