Description: Workers taking their meal at the Summit Depot. It is at the Summit Depot that supplies such as food, merchandise, and equipment were stored for distribution to the various camps of the region. The Summit Depot was located along the Right Hand Branch Belone Brook in the Green River area and was in operation from 1938 to 1975. We can see, in this picture, from left to right: Mr. Pichon Nadeau, Mr. Léo Babin, Mr. René Martin, Mr. Jean Martin (blacksmith), Mr. Guy Côté; in the front row, at right: Mr. Gérard Francoeur and Mr. Cyrille Roussel.
