Description: Mr. Bert Albert is in the cold storage room of the Summit Depot where meat was stored. Mr. Albert cut meat for the other camps of the area. It is at the Summit Depot that supplies were stored, notably food, merchandise, and equipment for distribution to the other camps of the area. The Summit Depot was located along the Right Hand Branch Belone Brook in the Green River area and was in operation from 1938 to 1975.
