Description: Cooks were indispensable in the lumber camps as they prepared meals for the workers. From left to right: Mr. Thaddée Lavoie (Assistant-Cook), Raoul Beaulieu (Mr. Fred Beaulieu's son), Mr. Fred Beaulieu (Head Cook), Mr. Donat Martin (Assistant-Cook), and Gilberte Beaulieu (daughter Mr. Fred Beaulieu's daughter). They were employed by the Green River Lumber Ltd.
