Description: Donat Lavoie's sawmill was built in the early 1970s at the Montagne-de-la-Croix (Green River). Two gasoline engines activated the mill used to saw hardwood and softwood, after 1978. In 1984, his son, Mr. Eudore Lavoie, became the owner of the mill.
