Description: This article explains how, at the beginning of the 20th century, alcohol was expensive for the common people, a fact which incited them to find ways to produce their own homemade brew called "bagosse" or moonshine. Mr. Alphonse Boucher of Baker Brook knew all the secrets of the moonshine recipe and shares his secrets.
