Description: Summit Depot during the 1950s. In the foreground we can see the building where meat was stored. Meat was cut at that place for distribution to the camps in the region. It is at the Summit Depot that food, merchandise and equipment was stored for later distribution to the area camps. The Summit Depot was located along the Right Hand Branch of Belone Brook in the Green River region and was in operation from 1938 to 1975.
