Description: Summit Depot in 1948 in the Green River region along the Right Hand Branch of Belone Brook located about four km from Third Lake. It is at the Summit Depot that was stored the equipment, merchandise and food that would be distributed to the other camps in the region. It is also at the Summit Depot that Quonset huts were built. Those camps had a semicircular arching roof of corrugated metal. Notice the Union Jack flag.
