Description: Car in front of a building at the Summit Depot between 1938 and 1960. The Summit Depot was located in the Green River area along the Right Hand Branch Belone Brook about four kilometers from Third Lake. Notice the electric post in the background. It was at the Summit Depot that food, merchandise and equipment were stored before being distributed in the various camps of the area. The Summit Depot was in operation from 1938 to 1975.
