The Plaster Rock Fraser Sawmill

Description : Fraser Companies sawmill was located along the Tobique River in Plaster Rock. This sawmill was built in 1906 and produced wooden boards. We see, on the left, the conveyor that carried logs into the Sawmill . On the extreme right, we notice wood scrap that was given to local people to heat their homes. It was not yet incinerated.
